First Hangout: Recipe Brainstorm & Prep Start! We'll chat about what you love to eat, what your family enjoys, and what recipes work best in the freezer or slow cooker. We make a shopping list together, and then we immediately get our hands dirty and start some PREP!
Second Visit: The Big Cooking Day: You grab the groceries, and I bring the expertise! We spend this time preparing and perfectly packaging a huge batch of your meals. I'll even show you the best ways to label and store them.
Third Visit: Finishing Strong: We wrap up the final meal batches, leaving you with a wonderfully stocked freezer. It’s the easiest way to ensure you're fed, happy, and relaxed when your new baby arrives!
